Engineering 4 All, 2024 Wrap Up event

Engineering 4 All (E4All)

Engineering 4 All (E4All) Foundations is a year-long professional development program designed to connect and support faculty and instructors across the College of Engineering to advance the teaching of cross-disciplinary professional skills for undergraduate students (e.g., communication, ethical practices, and teamwork). The program is endorsed by the Dean’s Office and organized by a collaborative planning team of past participants, staff from the Center for Innovation in Engineering Education (CIEE), Academic Advising, Engineering Communications, and the Professional Development group within the Office of Inclusive Excellence & Educational Innovation.

To date, almost 40 people have participated representing all engineering departments and instructional roles and the majority of them have continued participation beyond their first year to dive more deeply into specific topics.
